Admissions Funnel


To learn more about our school, inquiring parents are encouraged to call the school office (702.248.8879) or request an appointment online to set up an Educational Consultation.  This consultation is designed to learn about your desires for education and help us understand how to best serve your educational needs.  Along with this consultation, families will tour our facility, and schedule the next step in the enrollment process.


Once a family decides Calvary Chapel Christian School is where God is leading, parents will need to fill our an application online or print the PDF and send it to:

Post Application Process

Once the application has been received, the office will initiate the following:

  • Send for transfer of records
  • Set up parent interview with principal
  • Set up student testing and student interview with principal

Acceptance Status

Once the application process has been completed, parents will receive either a letter of acceptance or a letter of denial from the principal.


Once the acceptance has been offered, parents have 7 days to accept the invitation by paying the deposit of $600.  This deposit secures the seat for the student and guarantees enrollment.


Once the student is enrolled, the office will set up a student account and the family will begin receiving notifications from the school concerning attendance.
