Parent Qualifications
We believe the Bible mandates that the primary responsibility of each student’s education rests with the parents, and we view the school’s role as one of partnership with the parents in the endeavor. In order to establish and maintain a successful partnership, it is essential that parents be in agreement with the philosophies and intentions of the school. Further, it is essential that the parents are living a lifestyle in keeping with the Christian faith. We recognize that parents alone have the single greatest impact on their children’s lives, and must therefore manifest, by precept and example, the highest Christian virtue, serving as a role model for their children. This includes, but is not limited to, the refraining from such activities as are in violation of scriptural principals of godly living. Further, the parents must acknowledge that the scriptures admonish us to abstain from every appearance of evil (I Thessalonians 5:22) and that such conduct violates biblical principals and would thereby either disqualify the student from enrollment in our school or be grounds for dismissal.
Church Requirements
To assist in the development of Christian character and a Christian lifestyle, we require that at least one custodial parent be born again and attend either Calvary Chapel Spring Valley or another evangelical Christian church on a regular basis. CCCS considers regular church attendance to be 3 to 4 times a month. Regular church attendance by parents and students goes hand-in-hand with church and school goals. Families attending CCSV will receive admission priority. CCSV members may also apply for a tuition discount. The tuition discount will be based on attendance which is verified through tithe activity.
Admission Procedures for New Students
The student enrollment applications are available in the school office during normal business hours. Submit the completed application packet along with:
- Parent Testimony
- Pastoral Reference
- Signed Statement of Faith
- Most Recent Report Card
- $25.00 Non-Refundable Deposit
After applications are reviewed by the administration, applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview as space becomes available in the grade level being applied for. Both custodial parents and the applying student are expected to attend the interview. Acceptance is usually determined at the conclusion of this interview and the balance of the enrollment fees are due at that time.

Non-Discriminatory Policy
CCCS admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school-administered programs. Tours may be scheduled with the appropriate principal by calling the school office at 248-8879 during normal business hours.
TEAM
Together Everyone Achieves More or TEAM, is a vital part of Calvary Chapel Christian School. Every parent
of students enrolled at CCCS is automatically a member of this essential organization.

3. To glorify God through healthy, supportive relationships, and to model healthy adult interaction for our children.
Committee Leaders
Committee Leaders are selected from interest list generated at the First Day of School Social and Open House. Committees are responsible for overseeing, from beginning to end, the plan of organization, delegation, and follow-up of whatever event or project they are responsible for. The Committee Leaders must report regularly to the school administration with the status of progress and any concerns that arise.
