Follow the steps below to begin your admissions and enrollment process.

Inquiry Form

New to Calvary? Start by filling out our Inquiry Form in order to receive information To learn more about our school, inquiring parents are also encouraged to call the school office at 702-248-8879.  This consultation is designed to learn about your desires for education and help us understand how to best serve your educational needs.  Along with this consultation, families can tour our facility, and schedule the next step in the enrollment process.

► Application

Once a family decides Calvary Chapel Christian School is where God is leading, parents will need to fill out an application.

Pre-K Application K-12 Application

Please note that along with the completed application the following documents are required:

• Pastoral Reference
• Most Recent Report Card
• $50.00 Non-Refundable Deposit

After applications are reviewed by the administration, applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview as space becomes available in the grade level being applied for. Both custodial parents and the applying student are expected to attend the interview. Acceptance is usually determined at the conclusion of this interview and the balance of the enrollment fees are due at that time.


Non-Discriminatory Policy
CCCS admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school-administered programs. Tours may be scheduled with the appropriate principal by calling the school office at (702)248-8879 during normal business hours.

► Records, Interview & Testing

Once the application has been received, the office will initiate the following:

  • Send for transfer of records
  • Set up parent interview with principal
  • Set up student testing and student interview with principal

► Acceptance Status

Once the application process has been completed, parents will receive either a letter of acceptance or a letter of denial from the principal.

► Registration Fee

Once the acceptance has been offered, parents have 7 days to accept the invitation by paying the New Student Registration Fee of $600.  This payment will secure the seat for the student and guarantees enrollment.

► Enrolled

Once the student is enrolled, the office will set up a student account and the family will begin receiving email updates, notifications and communication from the school regarding academics, attendance, behavior, tuition, fees and upcoming events.
