Biography

Notes

I could write one thousand speeches and never capture how much I need to give thanks for. In the four years that I’ve been here, the people here at Calvary have taken me into their arms and supported me so that I could grow into who I am today. When I came here, I was lost, afraid, doubting my faith, and losing faith in myself. Calvary was like a fresh start to me. I got to be a part of such an amazing group of friends, each imbued with individual strengths and talents. They strengthened my faith in God and brought me an endless amount of inside jokes and joy.

Thank you to all my teachers that I’ve had over the years, you’ve lifted me up and shown me what I was capable of. And you helped me when I was falling short. You stayed by my side as I broke down in tears and prayed over me. You all are a light in my life.

Mrs. Orrico, thank you for everything. You are the one that started me on the path I’m on now. Because of your support from the beginning, I have gone from sketching in my journal to pursuing a degree and career in art.

I’m thankful for my family, who have always pushed me to succeed and do things I never thought myself capable of. Mom and Dad, I can’t thank you enough for all the blessings that you’ve given me, for always having my back.I love you the mostest

So thank you, for everything that you all have done. I just can’t believe I’m saying goodbye. But I think I’m finally ready.
