Elementary Camp

We are proud to present our 2019 CCCS Summer Camp! This summer will be filled with 4 exciting 2 week camp sessions hosted by our very own CCCS teachers. Each session will run from 7:30am to 5:00pm and is designed to engage and excite our students. Camp is offered to all current CCCS students who are entering 1st- 5th grade. Each 2 week session is $300. Students can sign up for one week increments for $150. There will be a $25 non-refundable activity charge for each session. Students may also attend on a daily basis for a drop-in rate of $40 per day. Late fees for pick up after 5:00 pm will be at a rate of $1 per minute. Please sign up for your chosen sessions no later than May 24th. We need an accurate count as sessions cannot be held without a minimum of 6 students. Session 1 Science and DIY/Arts and Crafts June 3 – June 7

Teacher: Linda Kwok & Dell Tabaniag

The Science and DIY will run for 4 weeks in the morning. Do you like to figure out how things work, experiment with food and make DIY projects? Then this is the camp for you! This camp offers students a chance to exercise and be a scientist! There will be a variety of fun fitness challenges as well as exciting hands-on science experiments.

Teacher: Linda Kwok & Dell Tabaniag June 10-14 (VBS)

This camp will be be a mix of VBS and camp time. From 8:30am-12pm students will be escorted to our Calvary Chapel Las Vegas VBS program held in the high school building. At 12:00pm students will be picked up by the teacher and spend the rest of the day in an arts and crafts session.

Session 2 Science and DIY/ Arts and Crafts June 17-28

The Arts and Crafts afternoon camp will run for 2 weeks following the morning Science and DIY camp. Arts and Crafts will focus on major art projects* consisting of 1-2 paintings on canvas/panel per week and other art projects to create. This will be combined with completing smaller daily arts and crafts such as guided drawing on sketchbooks, origami, decoupage, and more! (*students that are dropped in on a day to day basis may not be able to participate in major art projects as they require several consecutive days to complete…daily arts and crafts will be substituted)

Session 3 Food, Fitness and Fun July 8 – July 19

Teacher:Linda Kwok and Dell Tabaniag

This camp will be a mix of fun food crafts, dance fitness and technology.

Session 4 Sports/Games/Water Fun July 22 – Aug 2 Teacher: Ian Gough

This camp will be a mix of games and sports. This will be an active unit with lots of play, exercise and exciting games. Students will be learning new games, both indoor and outdoor, along with some water fun.
